Personally Best represents a new direction for my long career as a scientist and physician.

 

It is now my intent to use this extensive background to provide individuals with the assistance they need to improve their life, both present and future.

 

To accomplish this I am offering individualized services in personal development and personal training.

 

Personal Development

 

Personal Development, sometimes referred to as life coaching, strives to help clients create a balanced, fulfilled, happy and successful life.  Achieving these goals does not come automatically or instinctively.  Throughout time forward thinking men and women have sought advise and guidance from their elders in order to avoid pitfalls, acquire direction and achieve success.  In today's fast paced and competitive environment this role is met by the life coach. In my personal and professional life I have helped countless individuals achieve clarity, balance and success.  I am not just some 25 year old that took a course to become a life coach; i am a seasoned professional with extensive experience. Personal Training

 

I limit my services as a personal trainer to men and women over 50 years of age.  Why?  Because I'm  in this age group (circa 1944).  I know it well.  I know what mature adults need.  I know their limitations and their capabilities.  I've spent an entire career treating conditions that often result from physical and nutritional neglect.  Some of you  may be out of shape and feel too intimidated to even enter a gym.  You may have hypertension, coronary artery disease, diabetes or other medical conditions.  This is not  a barrier for you.  There are very few specific medical conditions that prohibit engaging in a fitness program.  Here are some of the benefits that you can derive from personal training regardless of your age.
